We accept Return of orders purchased through Crown Leaf Gifting subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below :
Return or Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received are damaged or wrong.
Buyer/Receiver has to inform us the damaged or wrong products within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Customers claiming missing items or damaged products would have to produce an unedited unboxing video (with EXIF data). The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and include opening of the package. The customer would be required to share the full video to info@crownleaf.co.
